2012 is our year for Shock & Awe! When I say "our", I mean anyone who is ready to work their butt off to transform his/her body. This is by no means the only way to do it, but I find it to be the most rewarding. Not only will you look better, but you will feel better, and you will be in better shape. No gimmicks. No tricks. The plan is to work out hard as often as you can. It is a challenge. It will be tough. You can do it! Remember. There are no rules
1. Run 13.1 miles (half marathon distance)
2. Measure and improve the following runs: 100m run, 400m run, 1600m run
3. Measure and improve the following strengths: pushups, pullups, vertical leap
4. Learn to swim and then start swimming
5. Reduce body fat to 10% or less
2012 has been deemed the year for Shock & Awe! The year we (me and my workout crew) get on the grind and transform our bodies! We put in some major work for the second half of 2011. The results were impressive! Body fat percentages when down significantly in just a couple months. My hope is that I can continue to be an inspiration and motivator. It's the least I can do for them, because they all inspire me more than they will ever know.
